How do I get rid of underarm odor when I have tried everything.?

I have used all types of deoderants, crystals, soaps, rubbing alcohol, and bakingsoda but nothing seems to work. This problem started about 6 months ago and I have already gone through menopause. I take complex vitiman C. Any one know what I can do?
