it was about a girl who lived next door to her best friend angela. Angela had blonde hair and everyone thought she was sweet but she was really sneaky and always set her friend up so shed get in trouble. All I can remember is that one time she mixed up everyone's PE kit at school apart from her friends and her friend had to stay in at playtime and sort it out.
