Speech-to-text for windows mobile?

I'm looking to replace my Blackberry Curve with the Samsung Omnia... I have Vlingo on my BB so I can dictate text messages with my voice and it turns it into text.. My first question is, is there a freeware program for windows mobile that will do this? Second, how is windows mobile as far as selection of freeware? Lastly, whats the best websites to download free applications for the Omnia?
