Why can't I log onto safeway's wifi?

I recently upgraded my handset for my ATT service and I got a Nokia (YES!) E71x, an awesome phone with wifi capability... I don't use a media net plan because they charge out the yin-yang for the ATT net service and everything would be fab except for one problem... I can log onto the public library's wifi, I can log onto random linksys systems, I log in at coffee bars, but the one location I am at the most is Safeway grocery... and when I hit the safeway login page user agreement/login on, it opens a blank page that says "redirecting..." and stops. Anything else I do (manually enter a web address, go to my homepage, open a saved page,) just takes me back to the login page... HELP!!! I love my phone... Why must it torment me so?
