What's wrong with my Bioshock trophies?

Hello fellow gamers I am here to ask about Bioshock one I have had it ever since it came out and now i decided i wanted to get all the trophies. Well I have 65% of the trophies plus the challenge rooms but there is one trophy I am having trouble with. Its the Research PhD trophy. I have made a list of all the enemies that can be researched and i checked them off one by one all fully researched but it still hasn't given me the trophy Thugg, Lead, Nitro, Spider, and Houdini splicers have been researched Also Camera, Turrets, Flying Turrets, Bouncers, Rosies, and Little Sisters, Please help me find out what is wrong with the game.
