Sky Broadband Get Started CD?

got sky broadband eh!! hope you have better luck than me on my set up disk i got free mcafee for a year NOT! it never worked , i have had loads of problems with my internet from sky ,my laptop will not work wireless unless i am sat at the side of the router! i have had to purchase a cable to plug intp my laptop then into the router so i have a 20ft cable tagging around me if i want to move to diffnt rooms yes it's laughable,i have phoned them loads of times and they dont seem to want to help so i have just given up and am going to change to another provider as soon as possible, i wnder if anyone else as had problems, i would demand they send you the disk tell them you are with holding payments to them as you are paying for internet that you can't even get !!! good luck
