Back hurts when I breathe....?

I asked a question a little bit ago about if people think I might have asthma.. some said yes, some said no. I got bronchitis over the summer and have had trouble ever since. A few weeks ago I took a walk in the cool weather and my back started hurting bad when I would breathe in.. I called the doctor and they said to make an appointment the next morning if it still hurt but if it got too bad, I needed to go to the ER. Well, it stopped hurting so I figured it was nothing... Well, last week I got a cold.. Since then, I wake up and it feels like a brick on my chest, I have a lot of mucous, and coughing a lot.. my chest is really wheezy and raspy.... and tonight my back is hurting bad when I breathe... Could it be caused from coughing? or something more serious..?.. I wanted to ask on here first, but I thought about going to the ER....

Burning Pain where neck and base of skull meet behind left ear?

First I should start with a few details about myself, I am 23, male quit smoking cold turkey 3 months ago and only have an occasional drink among friends, I have deployed to a war zone multiple times and in general quite healthy. Recently I've been noticing an onset of symptoms (though I can't tell you exactly when they began, but they didn't start at the same time) that have caused me and my partner some concern. The first symptom began about a week ago, a burning sensation in my upper neck close to the base of my skull on the left side close to my ear, I only feel the burning when pressure is applied. Along with this symptom I've been waking up with splitting migraine-like headaches that will often last for days at a time with slight dizziness and loss of hand eye coordination. I also feel a detachment from the world around me, and seem distant from people I have known all of my life, which usually leads to depression until I am able to get to sleep, which is a difficult task in itself due not feeling as like I'm getting enough air, tossing and turning, and waking up suddenly feeling like I stopped breathing. On my drives to work my mind will wander off into strange violent scenarios and episodes of rage that I simply cannot deter. I haven't spoken with a doctor yet (being in the military I'd like the advice of a civilian doctor before I am discharged with a week's worth of Motrin, orders to drink more water and a bunch of nasty jokes). Hopefully somebody can help point me in the right direction, Thank you for your time.

I'm not really sure what you mean is keeping you awake. I fed my son for over a year, and he also wanted frequent feeding. Like you I used to take him into bed with me, and would fall asleep, and wake in the morning to find him helping himself again. I'm not so sure using a pacifier at all is a good idea, the palette of a fed baby's mouth is different to a bottled fed baby's, and a pacifier (I guess you mean what I would call a dummy) is more suited to a bottle fed baby, but that's just my opinion. A fed baby won't overfeed, they have to work hard to get the milk out, so unlike a bottle fed baby, it not dangerous to sleep while they're feeding as they can't choke if they fall asleep while feeding (bottles continue to drip, and obviously a baby must never be fed a bottle while laying down). I wouldn't really change what you are doing, your baby feeds when it needs to, and it will settle down soon, and will be on solid foods, with the occasional top up soon. Try to get a nap in the day when your daughter does, and make sure you eating healthily. Be thankful you don't bottle feed as you'd be up every couple of hours heating up milk, and waiting for you daughter to finish feeding. Hang on in there, it is tough, but you've done so well, and come so far, and it will get better I promise. And be happy in the knowledge you are giving your daughter the best possiblele start in life. Good luck

Why can't I log onto safeway's wifi?

I recently upgraded my handset for my ATT service and I got a Nokia (YES!) E71x, an awesome phone with wifi capability... My Windows 95 Laptop Will Not Boot, What Should I Do?

1992 Plymouth Voyager stuck in deep ice cant get out help?

So My Voyager was sitting for 3 weeks and everything is melting outside but my van cannot seem to get out of its parking space. I have tried everything short of having it towed out of the ice. the ebrake is not frozen its just that trying to get out has dug my tires further into the ground and now im just burning rubber off my tires at this point. i have broken the ice around the tires put cardboard and even shingles under the tires i have rocked the van back and forth tried pushing it while my girlfriend drives nothing is working. the back tires are on flat snow covered ice but the front tires are dug in 3 inches below the back ones. the only idea i have is paying someone to tow it out of the ice once it is out it will drive fine it just cannot get the traction to move out are there any alternatives before i have to pay some dude to tow it 5 feet back if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. by the way i think it weighs about 3500 pounds please let me know thanks!

Alcholic sister???

My little sister is 25 years old. She is a bartender at two different bars. Her life is spiraling downward and fast. She is drinking to the point of blacking out about 2 to 4 times a week. This has been going on for at least 4 years. She was always very responisble finacially and with her body. Now she spends 100's of dollars drinking every week, spends $200 on 1 pair of jeans and she cant make her house payment. I think the poem is fantastic and ranks among the great poetic narratives. It held me spellbound until the end, even though I normally get bored with longer poems.....but what a great shame about the last line. The poem would have been absolutely perfect if you had either managed to rhyme something with return or to change return for something to rhyme with the word done. As I was reading it it was going great and as I came to the last two lines it all changed and seemed slightly incomplete. A good rhyme at the end in my opinion would have stamped finality on it and cast it to memory more.

I attended my granddaughter's lunch today at school, 1st grade, public school. The front and back cover aren't perfect, but in its entirety it is in very good condition for being made in the mid 80s. You can stay on Phi Phi...........Most of southern thailand has weird and wonderful geology,being limestone klast...Phi Phi,Phang Nga Bay,Ang Thong and a million others.....there is a really weird rock formation near Lamai on Koh Samui called grandmother and grandfather rocks...reason being obvious if you visit...If you go to Phuket you can take a tour to Phang Nga Bay,which usually involves a brief longtail ride to James Bond Island,some kayaking in the sea caves,lunch with the sea gypsy village built on stilts in the bay and a bit of a hoon amongst the mangrove forest....As most Thailand buffs will tell you the movie The Beach was filmed on Phi Phi Island,although roughly 5 tonnes of garbage (not including russians)was removed from the beach before filming..Your 1st picture is Phi Phi,2nd looks like James Bond Island and the last one looks like Ang Thong national park and if it isn't thats how it looks anyway

My Gaming Rig ?

Hello Dan, it sounds like a very good rig to me. The one concern I have is that 64 bit version of Vista, whether most games these days will work or not on it is questionable. I think you might run into some bumps there. I guess I need to do more investigation of 64 Bit Vista and game playing because all I am hearing is, there are problems with some games on that OS.

What is the deal with Marvel comics having so much text in them?

I don't know if this has changed because the only Marvel comics I read any more are special ones like The Wolverine Origins or the 9/11 Spiderman. But when I was a kid they all had word balloons all over the pages. The main reason I stopped reading Marvel is because of all the words I've already looked at each panel 15 times by the time I'm done reading. Now before anyone makes any rude comments like learn to read or something like that let me say I love to read. I am a big fan of Stephen King and most of his books are VERY thick. I think the stand is longer than the Bible. Also I like Ayn Rand's books as well. So it's not that i'm illiterate or anything. I just think comic books should have a flow to them where you finish looking at the pictures and finish reading at the same time. If you look at DC and Image there is a very nice text to picture ratio that makes reading the comic book very smooth. So why does Marvel have so much text in their books?

How do you move on after you realize your friend was not a real one?

I thought she was my best friend until she suddenly decided to ignore me for no reason. She's always been a negative and cynical person, but I was always able to see the good in her. My eMachines T1840 is running two internal hard drives, one ATI radeon 9200 graphics card, one 24 bit Sound Blaster sound card, one unused wireless PCI card, two DDR 400 1GB memory sticks and a pentium 4 cpu running at 1.9935 Ghz. I have changed my existing PSU from 250 watts to 400 watts. My problem is this: For about two weeks after I switched to the 400 watts PSU, I have been hearing occasional clicking noises coming out of my hard drive D. But now for quite a while I do not hear the clicking noise anymore and my D drive is functioning properly as always. Does that mean that my D drive will not function properly in the future?

I don't know why my silver jewlery tarnishes so fast?

I've noticed my sterling silver jewlery tarnished very fast. One day it's bright and shiney, the next it's almost black. I was wearing it 24/7. I mentioned this to a jewlery clerk when I was purchasing some silver cleaner and she said it was probably because I was going thru menopause and my body was produceing a large amount of acid. The bottom ball of my tongue piercing has disappeared into my tongue and I can't push it out :(?

I had my tongue piercing about a week ago and the swelling has been steadily going down other than for an area around the piercing itself. My problem is that the little bottom ball has gone into my tongue and even though I push from the top (there's some slack even there) I cannot for the life of me push it out, it's like my tongue's closing around it. There's still a bit of an opening at the bottom of my tongue surrounded in white. I'm kinda worried :(
