Another strange dream, please help?

listen to yourself. you feel choking while being awake from the dream? it seems to me like, there's someone you know that acts in two ways.( two twins) but if one of them chokes the girl, it means trouble. Overall maybe you are just depressed. Sometimes dreams have meaning, but some don't.
