have you gotten the dog started on vaccinations? probably not if you can feed yourself. the liklyhood is that the dog has parvo, which is deadly to puppies if not treated quickly. do the right thing call the humane society and let them know you are bringing in a sick dog that may have parvo. if you cant take care of a dog, dont keep a dog! also giving a puppie random meds when you don't know what is causing the problem, can make the problem worse.
