Will wrestling ever be good again, what is needed for a shocking impact?

scott hall was the one that changed the face of wrestling when he appeared at that one Nitro saying you want a war, you are going to get one. that was the start of the nwo, which would change the face of pro wrestling forever. however, wrestling today is not the same. no more rock, austin, guerrero or benoit and people are stuck watching pricks like cena and batista. will it take a certain individual to make a strong impact on pro wrestling today? scott hall like i said debuted on nitro which would start the nwo, a huge rise in the ratings. The Rock and Austin changed their personas and the ratings rose in the WWE. Now how the hell is it going to happen with wrestling as of right now? Any thoughts? Will it take a John Cena heel turn haha
