If India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Burma were not divided, they would be the strongest and richest !!?

Am i correct, cuz in that case alot of military spending was done in favor of this whole country and there was no expenditure on Kashmir for safety and also Kashmir would would have been the largest tourist destination across world !!? Ur opinion plz !!
